At approximately 17:11 SGT, our technical teams identified an unexpected connectivity issue affecting user authentication for Singpass and Corppass services following a scheduled network infrastructure update.

Upon detection, our engineering teams immediately initiated response protocols and reverted the change. Authentication services were fully restored and operational by 17:27 SGT, and we will continue to monitor the systems.
